Rental Management
For owners
Formula:
Option 1 : 12% of the rental price
Option 2 : 12% of the rental price or 20% If the client comes from our network. Also includes the online setting of your property on our website, photos by a professional photographer for optimum enhancement and writing of the description.
Option 3 : 20% in total management. We take care of everything. Online, photos by a professional photographer and management of announcements on our site and on the platforms of seasonal rental online (Abritel, Homelidays, Airbnb, Wimdu, HouseTrip …).
If the owner wishes to recover the full management of the announcements, the commission of 12% of the reservations already taken into account will have to be paid to Tenerife Premium services.
Formula Cleaning:
Apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 Terrace: 50 € + €25 per additional bathrooms and €20 per additional rooms and terraces (including cleaning of household linens).
Villa with 2 bedrooms and 1 Bathroom: 90 € + €25 per additional bathrooms and €20 per additional rooms (including cleaning of household linens).
Example: For an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 terrace, the price would be €95 (€50 + €25 + 20)
